Years ago, we remember saving a YouTube video from a classical guitarist named John H. Clarke. The song was The Most Evolved. Recently, we came across another video featuring the same John H. Clarke. The video, published to YouTube way back in 2012, was found on the Kostas Petrakos YouTube channel, and simply is entitled John H. Clarke - Film by Kostas Petrakos - Petrakos Films. The music and videography are so relaxing. Judging from the  comments, others have also enjoyed the video. For more information or videos of John H. Chris Stapleton - What Are You Listening To (Live Acoustic)

This song can be addicting. From the XTU Philadelphia YouTube channel, Chris Stapleton performs What are you listening to? Although the video was posted back in 2013, the song seems like it could have been sung yesterday. Stapleton's All American Road Show has been postponed to 2021 according to his website.. We listened to a bluegrass group called The Steeldrivers for some time before we made the discovery that the lead singer was none other than Chris Stapleton, before he went out on his own. Chris Young - You (Live Acoustic)

We've found a couple of Chris Young videos from YouTube featuring acoustic numbers. Some of the videos, like this one, were posted years ago, but still sound great today. This one is called You. We've also been listening to some of his songs from a CMT Crossroads show with Davin DeGraw. Our favorite, although it might not be all acoustic, is a number called Drowning. Click here to listen.

Blake Shelton - Austin (Acoustic)

This video features an acoustic number from Blake Shelton. After 23 seasons, Shelton left The Voice after the 2023 season. He was a coach on the original episode in 2011 along with Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, and CeeLo Green. This video is from his YouTube channel. The song is Austin and you can watch it by clicking here. One comment says, "He really needs to release an acoustic album." Another comment echoes the same feeling with, "You really sound great Blake! Hopefully, we can get a full acoustic album from you soon." Maybe he will take these comments to heart. This has to be our favorite version of the late Jimmy Buffet's A Pirate Looks at Forty. From the CMT Crossroads YouTube channel, Buffet performs with the Zac Brown Band in the video which has more than 3 million views. It's hard to believe that Buffet is no longer with us. At least, we have memories.

Check out this video of Brett Eldredge and friends performing Beat of the Music for CMT Campfire Sessions. Great place to find some good acoustic numbers from a variety of artists! You can also find a couple more songs from Brett Eldredge in this series. Downloaded in August, this song makes you want summer back again, already. If you're a long time Peter Frampton fan, as well as a fan of acoustic guitar, you might enjoy this performance of Baby I Love Your Way from back in 2016. This video is available on Frampton's YouTube channel, along with some other classics. In fact, there is a playlist entitled Acoustic Classics. Peter Frampton, 72, looks like he is touring again, according to his website. The artist/musician has a beautiful website you might want to check out and to relive some old memories, you can also visit his Wikipedia page. You might even remember the Frampton Comes Alive album which came out in 2016.
